One system - countless possibilities
The two clamping jaws hold the workpiece securely in position. With the help of a clamping element, which is attached underneath the clamping jaw, the clamping jaw can be mounted as a fixed or loose jaw by orientating it and using a locking plate. This enables a flexible and modular design of the clamping system, as well as countless possible applications.
What distinguishes our system from other systems?
Our system: The fixed jaw can be mounted on the clamping rail in 5 mm increments, which enables a high degree of flexibility for different clamping applications.
Other systems: The fixed jaws are often permanently integrated or can only be adjusted to a limited extent, which restricts the possible applications.
Our system: Fixed and loose jaws consist of the same clamping jaw. By simply clipping in the locking plate, the loose jaw becomes a fixed jaw. This reduces the number of parts required and simplifies handling considerably.
Other systems: Use different components for fixed and loose jaws, which increases stock levels and reduces flexibility of use.
Our system: With the conversion-kit, the twin-clamping system with fixed jaw and loose jaw can be quickly and easily converted into a center clamp. This saves costs and increases flexibility.
Other systems: Offer either conventional vices or center vices only, without the option of conversion.
Our system: The clamping bar can be mounted directly on our On-Point precision fixation system, which enables quick and precise set-up.
Other systems: Often require adapters or additional components, which increases the set-up effort.
Our system: An additional locking plate allows the clamping bars to be clamped using just one individual fixation module, which saves space and ensures maximum flexibility.
Other systems: Require at least two fixation modules, which increases costs and space requirements.
Our system: The threaded spindle is located directly under the clamping jaw, which minimizes the tilting moment and increases stability.
Other systems: Often position the spindle to the side or outside the force application range, which can lead to unfavorable leverage and reduced precision.
Our system: Different clamping lengths offer a high degree of adaptability for different workpiece sizes and applications.
Range
Clamping system set On-Rail Single
The two clamping jaws securely hold the workpiece in position. With the help of clamping elements mounted below the clamping jaw, the jaw can be installed as either a fixed or loose jaw, depending on its orientation and the use of a locking platelet beneath it. This results in an adaptable clamping system with a wide range of application possibilities.
Clamping unit set On-Rail Twin
The two clamping jaws securely hold the workpiece in position. With the help of clamping elements mounted below the clamping jaw, the jaw can be installed as either a fixed or loose jaw, depending on its orientation and the use of a locking platelet beneath it. This results in a modular and adaptable clamping system with a wide range of application possibilities.
Clamping bars
The clamping bars enable a modular and flexible setup of the clamping system. Thanks to the precise 5 mm interlocking, the clamping jaws can be positioned individually and adjusted at any time to accommodate different workpiece sizes. This allows for maximum flexibility in workpiece clamping and optimal use of the precision fixation system for fast and repeatable fixations.
Clamping jaw
The clamping jaws can be clamped via a clamping rail using a clamping element. This means that they can be mounted on the clamping bars as fixed or loose jaws, depending on the orientation of the clamping element and the use of a locking platelet.
Locking platelet
The locking platelet, is fastened under the clamping jaws (as fixed jaw). The position of the fixed jaw can be individually adjusted in the interlocking of the clamping bar. This allows the clamping bar to be secured onto one single fixation module with interlocking.
